Alvin and his co-worker were awesome! As soon as they walked in, he asked if we preferred him to keep his shoes on or take them off. I was very appreciative of that considering I've had other service people come in and just walk through my house tracking all the dirt from outside. They installed our Honeywell WiFi-Thermostat for us very efficiently in an hour. They made sure to have it all set-up for us before they left. After a few hours, I was noticing that the house wasn't warming up to the set temperature and it was saying that it wasn't on the thermostat. We called Alvin back to see if he had any suggestions. He told us he would call us back as soon as he got off a job he was on. He called us back less than half an hour later and told us that he was coming back, it was going to be a 45-minute drive back to us! He said, "it's going to be cold tonight and we don't want you guys to freeze." He came and they went right to work. In half an hour, they were able to fix whatever needed to be done. They explained what went wrong and didn't charge us for the extra work. They left maybe around 8pm. We appreciated everything that they did for us and explained everything to us as well. The wiring on the thermostat manual was different from the set-up we have, so something got mixed up, but they fixed it in no time. We appreciated that they cared enough to come back same day and figure out what went wrong. We highly recommend Alvin and his team for electrical and wiring projects!

When Best Buy delivered my new TV this morning, I didn't realize that wall mounting didn't come with the delivery! With a family gathering coming up this weekend, I suddenly realized I needed someone to mount my TV and install HDMI cables in a pinch. I found A/V Multimedia solutions here on Yelp. I called Alvin and he squeezed me in his schedule that same day. He and his two colleagues did a great job of mounting the TV and making sure it was level. Alvin and crew did a great job mounting my TV Smart TV over the fireplace. The job turned out to be a little more challenging than originally thought but it didn't phase them. He also had some great suggestions for the settings on the TV and other services to use. A/V is reasonably priced and they do great work. I would highly recommend them.

Right from the initial call Alvin made me feel comfortable and he was fully confident in answering all of my questions. Even though I had a small job A/V did not hesitate to give me an honest and fair price. They put together and mounted my television as well as hid all of the wires beyond expectation. The project came out fantastic with no mess in the end. Alvin even went a step above and helped me set up for my optimal viewing preferences. I have already referred A/V Multimedia to other friends and family members and will not use anyone else but them for any future projects I may have. 100% satisfied.
